Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a modern feel but lacks some essentials like individual air conditioning in every room. On the bright side, the room amenities like chocolates, tea, coffee, and biscuits were a nice touch.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and well-equipped, offering a very large and comfy bed. However, the service was a bit of a letdown with some issues like not receiving extra pillows and a mix-up with my passport during checkout. The location was convenient for my work purposes, although some areas needed attention. The dining experience left much to be desired, with slow service and lukewarm food at a high price.
The room I stayed in was really great, bright, spacious, and had a fantastic double shower. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. However, there were some issues like black mold above the shower, stains on the bedding that looked like footprints, and noise and cigarette smoke coming in due to lack of ventilation. The room could use a makeover as it felt a bit run-down.
