However, the service was a bit of a letdown with some issues like not receiving extra pillows and a mix-up with my passport during checkout. The room I stayed in was really great, bright, spacious, and had a fantastic double shower. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. However, there were some issues like black mold above the shower, stains on the bedding that looked like footprints, and noise and cigarette smoke coming in due to lack of ventilation. The room could use a makeover as it felt a bit run-down.
